Eric has many years of experience as a solo pianist. He has performed for weddings, private dinners and parties, and other events in the Minneapolis and Tacoma, Washington areas in the past eight years. He has played at the Minneapolis Hilton and Hyatt Hotels, the St. Paul Hotel, Seattle's Marriott and Sheraton Hotels, The Court in the Square in Seattle's historic Rainier Square, the Tacoma Golf and Country Club, and numerous other locales. His engagements have included regular background music at the Colonnade Building in Minneapolis, a Naturopathic Doctors' Annual Convention in Seattle, and Christmas parties for the Tsang Partnership Architectural Firm, the Pierce County Catholic Womens' League, and the law firm of Gordon Thomas Honeywell. He enjoys playing a mix of light classical pieces, such as Mozart sonatas, Baroque works, such as Handel and Bach, Broadway tunes, and well-known popular melodies, such as Chris DeBurgh's 'Lady in Red' and Billy Joel's 'She's Always a Woman'. Eric is also an accomplished accompanist. He was the accompanist for Dr. Sandra Glover's voice studio for three years, and has extensive experience playing for solo/ensemble competitions and choirs.
